Tuberculosis

Postby Tracy » Wed Nov 30, 2005 12:12 pm

Hi Maggie,

My domestic worker is currently being treated for TB - Tuberculosis. As she spends quite a bit of time in my home, i was wondering if this disease can be spread to birds?

Regards
Tracy

I don't think so. But I suggest that you check with your vet. There are very few diseases that cross between animal & human.
